Dang, Snickers! Tell us how you really feel! With all the hoopla surrounding their holiday trees, we can only imagine that tweet was aimed at Reese's. Who really has the better tree, however? While we're getting all philosophical, who has the better chocolate Santa? Who has the best candy snowman!? These are the greatest unsolved mysteries of our time. The great Reese's tree debacle of 2015 prompted us to uncover who really makes the best holiday-shaped chocolate in the game. Will the Reese's snowman be better than their trees? Why does the Twix Santa look like a geriatric Ryan Gosling? The contenders are as follows: Hershey's Santa's vs. Twix Santa's, Milky Way snowmen vs. Reese's snowman and of course, the Snickers tree vs. the Reese's tree. We taste-tested and psychoanalyzed every chocolate and present to you our hard-hitting research.

Holiday Shaped Chocolates

1. Hershey's Santa's vs. Twix Santa's. We're totally down with the classic Hershey's approach to a simple chocolate Santa. This thing, however, looks like a gasping cartoon penguin who found a Santa beard at the dollar store and decided to wear it 'cause yolo. The Twix Santa doesn't really look like Santa either, but he does bear a strong resemblance to what we would assume Ryan Gosling to look like at the age of 83. That's right, we're attracted to a bar of chocolate. Come at us, bro. Not only does it look delicious, when you bite off a piece of his beard, that familiar Twix taste is there, waiting to embrace your mouth with open arms. Hershey's Santa, you get a piece of coal. Twix is the undisputed winner of the Santa head stand-off.

2. Milky Way Snowmen vs. Reese's Snowman. The Milky Way snowmen have this expression on their face that seems to indicate they are aware of their impending future as a mouth full of caramel. Their eyes are shocked and hollow, unlike their delicious caramel core. Their cute little faces say "baby boo, please don't eat me, consider the Reese's snowman instead." We couldn't do it, and we'll tell you why. First off, the Reese's snowman is an aggressive hunk of holiday chocolate for one person to handle. Crack this baby open and you'll reveal a full-on yule log of Reese's peanut butter waiting to sting the back of your molars. This demon is not for the weak-toothed. Speaking of demons, he looks like exactly that. Far from the traditional snowman of the Milky Way variety, he's a snow-bro hybrid ready to hit the slopes with his branded board. If this thing were on Tinder, all of his pictures would be shirtless. Next! Milky Way wins in taste and cuteness.

3. Snickers Trees vs. Reese's Trees. We're sorry to do this to them twice in a row, but Reese's lost this battle as well. How do we put this delicately? While we agree with Reese's saying #AllTreesAreBeautiful, the Snickers tree, without a doubt, is the most beautiful. When we opened up the Reese's, we were met with a blobby shell of the Christmas spirit. Thankfully we had a Snickers tree nearby to wash down all that sadness. Reese's, maybe just stick to those peanut butter cups you do so well?
