The 34-year-old Hart of Dixie and The O.C. alum posted on her Instagram page on Wednesday a photo of herself smiling and holding a breast pump.
"Back to work....." she wrote.
Bilson and partner and Star Wars actor Hayden Christensen, 34, are parents to daughter Briar Rose, who is 13 months old.
