19 Kids and Counting, The Duggar Family

Nike's famous slogan is "Just Do It," but when it comes to the Duggars, that word means "Don't look!"

A recent report claims that the brood's patriarch is like a "dictator" and notes that he taught his children to use a code word to help repress lustful thoughts about women.

"Jim Bob's favorite word is 'no,' " a family source tells People. "He's like a dictator. He once saw a guy kissing a girl before marriage and confronted him about it. And the guy said, 'Jim Bob, show me that verse in the Bible that says we can't kiss. Get out your Bible.' And Jim Bob was like, 'Uhhhh ...' because no one ever confronts Jim Bob. No one."

In their own 2014 advice book, Growing Up Duggar, four of the Duggar daughters, including Jill and Jessa Duggar, shared that the family has a code word, "Nike," to help the men avoid lustful thoughts if an attractive woman walks by.

"That's a signal to the boys, and even to Dad, that they should nonchalantly drop their eyes and look down at their shoes as we walk past her," they wrote.

Jim Bob resurfaced yesterday for the first time since his son Josh Duggar's cheating scandal went public. The reality star had a solemn look on his face as he was photographed running errands in his hometown of Arkansas.

The 27-year-old father of four checked into a long-term treatment center today after confessing to cheating on his wife Anna Duggar following the revelation that he was an Ashley Madison user.

In a statement, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar said, "As parents we are so deeply grieved by our son's decisions and actions. His wrong choices have deeply hurt his precious wife and children and have negatively affected so many others. He has also brought great insult to the values and faith we hold dear."
