Scott Disick, Instagram

Scott Disick has seemingly been off the grid since he and Kourtney Kardashian split, but the father of three has broken his silence on Instagram.

Scott, 32, will be hosting an event at Las Vegas' 1Oak club Friday and he's asking fans to partake in the celebrations with him. "Come party with me this Friday in Vegas @1oaklv," he captioned the promotional pic.

They say time heals all wounds, but maybe keeping up with work is what will help him get through the breakup? Kourtney, 36, on the other hand, has chosen to put up a united front with sisters Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian, going out to dinner and exercising together Tuesday for a bit of sisterly bonding.

Based on Kourtney's appearance, you'd never think she was going through a tough time! She looked absolutely stunning dressed in all white like her sisters, wearing a halter wrap top by Bec & Bridge and a partially see-through crochet skirt. Looking white hot, Kourt!

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and her longtime boyfriend split over the holiday weekend after his partying once again became out of control. Pictures also surfaced showing him getting a little too close to another woman in Monte Carlo.

"Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old," a source told E! News exclusively. "Kourtney has to do what's best for the kids."

Kourtney and Scott have been together since 2006, but briefly split in 2010 while filming Kourtney and Kim Take Miami when she believed he had a drinking problem. He temporarily gave up drinking and even attended counseling with Kourtney before reconciling.

According to a Scott insider, his friends are worried about his behavior.

"They fear he is out of control and has fallen off the wagon," the source said. "He is partying hard and they are concerned."

"He's clearly unraveling," said another. "He was a mess in NYC last month with the drinking and partying and he's been in a downward spiral ever since. He's been in trouble before, but this is on another level."
