Andi Dorfman is ready to let it out—on paper that is!

Nine months after The Bachelorette star called off her engagement to Josh Murray, the reality star is ready to share her love story through writing.

"I have a book coming out in the spring, which I'm super excited about. It's about my breakup, basically," she told E! News at New York Fashion Week. "It's kind of the anti-self-help, how to get over a breakup."

She continued, "I basically did everything you could think of—good, bad, ugly, depressing, psycho—you name it, I did it, so this is kind of a book that talks about that."

Back in January, E! News confirmed that Andi and Josh had broken up after a whirlwind romance on The Bachelorette. The news came as a surprise considering the duo appeared to be very affectionate at a special live event just days before the announcement.

Though her love story played out in front of cameras, the brunette beauty admitted at the Badgley Mischka Spring 2016 runway show that she was hesitant to relive her breakups.

"I didn't initially want to expose that story. It kind of all folded into this perfect storm in a sense," she explained. "I was journaling my breakup. I didn't know who to talk to about it and I looked back on my diary and I was like, wow this is really funny."

Although Andi is the first to admit that her breakup was difficult in the beginning, she's more than happy with her life in New York City today. In fact, she has never been happier.

"Obviously, I'm proof that you can get over it," she told E! News. "I started very, very sad. Now here I am very happy in New York and I think it's just a cool message, especially to women."

She added, "Our life sucks sometimes when you go through a breakup, but at the end, it'll be alright."
