A few days after welcoming his first child Axl Jack Duhamel with Fergie, the new dad stepped out with his sister on Tuesday in Santa Monica to pick up some groceries. Duhamel kept his look casual by wearing a sweatshirt, black sweatpants, a baseball cap and tennis shoes.
Fergie did not partake in the grocery run; she stayed at home with little Axl.
He sure doesn't look like he has a newborn at home!
Duhamel tweeted his fans on Tuesday saying "Sorry about the absence. I truly appreciate all of your well wishes. All is good! In fact, never better. :) Much love, JD"
Duhamel was also spotted on Wednesday checking out construction progress at the couple's Los Angeles home. The new parents are adding a large addition to their home for their new baby.
The Black Eyed Peas singer and the hunky actor welcomed their bundle of joy on Thursday, August 29 at Ceders Sinai Hospital for a prescheduled C-section.
Duhamel told to E! News in March that starting a family together was "something we've wanted for a very long time."
"We're both just over the moon about it," he added.
