Even Tony Stark can't fly through this fog.

The Iron Man 2 premiere originally scheduled for April 26 in London has been moved to Los Angeles "due to the continuing air travel uncertainty," Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment announced today.

"Sadly, my trip to UK has been cancelled due to an angry volcano," director Jon Favreau tweets.

In other words, Jon, Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow and Scarlett Johansson are now among the hundreds of thousands of people whose travel plans have been affected by the Eyjafjallajökull volcano in southern Iceland.

And they're not the only ones...

Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings were meant to tape a performance for the Late Show With David Letterman today to air on Friday, but they're "still stuck overseas," the show rep says.

But it's not all bad—Icelandic citizens stuck in New York are being offered free tickets to the off-Broadway production of 39 Steps.
