BravoWith a baby on the way, the stress is getting to Jeff Lewis. But more than that, it's getting to his employees at Jeff Lewis Design. And when Flipping Out returns for its tenth season, it may be the end of the road for one of them.
It's no secret that Jeff doesn't handle stress well (that's putting it mildly), and in this sneak peek at the season premiere, exclusive to E! News, it looks like longtime employee Vanina Alfaro has finally had enough.
"I'm not saying you're singling me out, but yeah, I get tired of it, Jeff," she tells her boss in what must've been one awkward car ride. "Emotionally, it gets to me."
When Jeff digs in and refuses to see her side of things, insisting that she not take things so personally, she breaks down in tears. And the uncomfortable look on Jenni Pulos' face says it all.
"I've been unhappy here for maybe about the past year," Vanina admits, through tears, in a confessional. "It's just been difficult. You try to work so hard for someone and it's never enough, it's never good enough. So yeah, it's been hard."

Elsewhere in the premiere, demo at home in Valley Vista starts on the master suite, while Jeff and his team continue to work with clients. Jeff's partner Gage Edward's stress is obvious, while Jeff channels his into a detailed to-do list, where his control over every situation causes him to lash out at everyone around him.
Flipping Out returns on Thursday, Aug. 17 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
