Aside from it being flippin' Disney World and all, the Muppets are set to star in a new live show, according to Disney Parks Blog. If that's not reason enough for you to save up and trek to Florida, we don't know what is.
The show titled The Muppets Present...Great Moments in American History, will feature Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo and the town crier of Liberty Square, James Jefferson. The story appears to center around Sam Eagle, the wholesome Muppet with strict morals and values.
Outside The Hall of Presidents, the characters you know and love will tell historical stories in true Muppet fashion, which means this show won't feel like you're sitting in 10th-grade history class. Of course, because these are the Muppets, you can expect a lot of singing to take place. The performance will feature an original song, presumably made just for this event. Book your plane ticket right now (we'll wait) so you can make it down there when it starts October.
