The Maroon 5 frontman's bromance with Blake Shelton is undeniable. Anyone who watches The Voice or follow the duo on social media can visibly see the love and fun relationship these two have. So, with all that said, we think the country singer would be a perfect candidate to be godfather of the couple's first child.
But don't worry, we have more reasons than just his enviable friendship with Levine.
1. Blake Is Sympathetic: At least, with Behati's pregnancy. Levine shared a hilarious Instagram photo earlier today of his pal pretending to cradle his own baby bump while sitting next to the supermodel and her actual bun in the oven. Adam captioned the funny pic, "Met these two sweet pregnant ladies today. Good luck @blakeshelton and @behatiprinsloo!" LOL! But do you see? Blake is trying to support Behati during this new and exciting time, and it's kinda presh.
2. Blake Is Good With Kids: Although the singer doesn't have any children of his own, he's definitely getting some practice. Shelton has been spending some extra time with girlfriend Gwen Stefani's sons recently. In March, the two lovebirds joined Apollo Rossdale for a hike to celebrate her recent album release and documented the whole outing on Snapchat.
3. Blake Isn't Afraid to Be Silly: We don't necessarily need to explain this one, but just to further prove the point, let's take a look back at his time as host of the Kids' Choice Awards. Remember all the crazy antics he was up to for the show? From dressing up in decorative onesies to getting slimed, Shelton made it clear that he'd be a super-fun babysitter.
Or godfather (hint, hint).
