Kanye West and Kim Kardashian paid a special visit to Lamar Odom in the hospital on Thanksgiving.

The former basketball star continues to work on his health at the Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles as he recovers after being found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel in October. The famous couple decided to spend part of the holiday by his side.

In a clip posted on a Kanye fan page from the Kardashian-Jenner Thanksgiving, Kim explains how she and her hubby visited Lamar and gave him a super exciting sneak peek at some of the rapper's new work.

"We did visit Lamar today, and we played him his new album," Kim tells the table. "And then when he was done I said, 'Did you like the music?' and he said, 'Loved it!'"

Meanwhile, West announced the name of his upcoming album, So Help Me God, in February, but he still has yet to give us any inclinations as to when he will drop it.

In September, he told Vanity Fair it could be a long time before fans get to hear the album. "I'm not worried about the years," he explained to the publication. "I'm worried about the life and the body of work that I can put out while I'm breathing."

It looks like it's at least partially finished, considering Lamar has had an initial listen to it. However, with the arrival of his newborn baby boy, it's clear why Kanye's focus is elsewhere right now.

Kim gave birth to their son on Saturday, Dec. 5, and yesterday the couple revealed his very holy name: Saint West.

An insider told E! News that Saint was picked since it's akin to saying he is "a blessing," especially "because she had such a difficult pregnancy."
