And considering how scary the past few weeks have been for the Bravo star, it's understandable that she would celebrate any major milestones in a big way.
Last month, the mother of six suffered a "mini stroke" following one of her Dancing With the Stars performances.
After a brief hospital stay, she released a statement thanking all of her fans for their unwavering support and concern for her well-being.
"I want to thank everyone for their love and support over the past few days. I am now home with my family, resting and taking care of my health."
At the time, back in October, she posted a shot from her wedding day and wrote, "So happy I'm your wife @kroybiermann #MyWholeWorld #MyJuicy #MyBestFriend #IHaveaDreamHeBuildsIt."
