Watch: Exclusive: Brooks Ayers Shows Cancer Treatment Bills

Brooks Ayers is revealing new evidence that could validate his cancer battle once and for all.

In part one of our exclusive interview, Vicki Gunvalson's ex-boyfriend sat down with E! News' Melanie Bromley to discuss one of the biggest storylines from this season's Real Housewives of Orange County.

After a three-part reunion special that had much of the cast suspicious of Ayers' health, the reality star revealed new evidence that could prove he does in fact have cancer.

"These are the three bills that reference the days I got my treatment," he told E! News after sharing one chemo treatment that cost $33,000. "I'm not going to say I'm in remission. That's not going to be the case until my numbers have normalized and that's the word that was used to me."

He continued, "I have more tests coming up in two months. I go back every 90 days. I don't get a scan every 90 days but I get blood work done every 90 days."

Currently, Ayers has stage three non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. He admitted that he "misspoke" when he previously told E! News that his cancer decreased to stage two. Ayers continues to take more than 40 vitamins and antioxidants "that are obviously making a difference."

After watching the reunion special over the weekend, Ayers also confessed that he was surprised with some of the comments made from the ladies.

What was most upsetting, however, could have been Gunvalson's admission that she now doubts her ex-boyfriend's cancer.

"That Vicki said in her gut that she felt like I didn't have cancer and that she had been duped," he shared. "That was the most hurtful part."

But after communicating over text message Monday morning, Ayers insists that his former flame believes his story.

"She said, ‘Brooks, I believe you. I just need for you to make this right so we can prove everybody wrong and I'm sorry that I said what I did on the reunion. I got backed into a corner,'" Ayers shared.

The Real Housewives of Orange County: Brooks Tells All episode and The Real Housewives of Orange County Secrets Revealed episode air Thursday, Nov. 12 on Bravo.
