Is that a Playboy bunny or Penélope Cruz? The jury's still out!

A lot of things can happen at a U2 concert, but Cruz and husband Javier Bardem taking over the stage was definitely not the first on everyone's list. The couple shocked the audience of 24,000 people at Barcelona's Palau Sant Jordi sports arena on Oct. 10. by putting on a show of their own for the rambunctious crowd to the tune of U2's "She Moves in Mysterious Ways."

The Gunman actor warmed up the stage first with a sexy dance routine focused mostly on shimmying around Bono, accessorized with a bright blue boa and matching cowboy hat. Bardem was almost unrecognizable beneath the quirky getup, his signature scruff and full locks acting as the only identifiable features of the playfully rowdy actor.

Who better to rein in the man's impromptu routine than his wife, Cruz, who made it up onto the stage at the end of the set, dawning an interesting blond wig and black set of bunny ears, the rest of her outfit simple—black tank top, black pants, black knee-high boots.

She beckoned to her 46-year-old husband of five years to return to her, making a playful "I'm watching you" sign in Bono's direction. That's right—nobody steals Penélope's man! Still, Bardem wouldn't take his final bow before a round of pictures with the boys. Is this a concert or the set of Vogue España?

Never one to miss a photo-op, Cruz then began posing for some photos of her own. Like the saying goes, if you didn't Instagram it, were you even there?ft;">Still, the night had only just began. Just because Bardem had his fill of fun didn't mean Cruz couldn't enjoy a show of her own. She straddled the Irish Grammy-winning legend and held the microphone for him as he continued to serenade the packed audience—prooving to all mothers that you don't have to lose your cool just because you have two children waiting at home. Still, if they weren't already, they're now by far the coolest parents on their block.

The only question that remains is was this a planned spectacle? A date night gone awry for the lovebirds? An impromptu drunken moment? From the looks of U2's Twitter account, they were expecting the twosome, tweeting out a teaser photo of them all decked out in their costumes.

Now, the only thing left still to do is call Hugh Hefner—looks like we have a potential new Playboy cover star in our midst!
