Playboy announced Tuesday morning that it would be putting its clothes back on, which officially means it's the end of an era.
The magazine, best known for its articles nude pictorials, revealed that starting with its March 2016 issue it would no longer be featuring any nude photographs of models or celebrities.
"Playboy will continue to publish sexy, seductive pictorials of the world's most beautiful women, including its iconic Playmates, all shot by some of today's most renowned photographers," the publication said in a statement. "The magazine will also remain committed to its award-winning mix of long-form journalism, interviews and fiction."
Playboy Enterprises CEO Scott Flanders further explained that the magazine's decision makes sense in today's era because anyone can (and does) click to see naked images all over the Internet—for free.
In honor of Tuesday's surprising announcement, E! News is looking back at all the stars who stripped down for the magazine's glossy pages. While celebs and models will continue to appear in Playboy in a "sexy" and "seductive" way, these are the women who went the fully Monty for their shoots.
