Miley Cyrus' younger sister has shown us some interesting style in the past, but last night, the 15-year-old toned it down a bit, and it completely worked in her favor. Keeping it simple, the young star donned a black halter gown with a sweetheart neckline for PETA's 35th anniversary gala in Hollywood.
She completed the old Hollywood look with soft waves for her dark brunette tresses and rocked a bold liner and even bolder lip for her makeup. In summary, we're a fan of this look.
The young star recently took a stand with PETA to advocate animal rights through a gruesome ad, which features the teen as the carcass of an animal used in a classroom science examination. Noah's chest is shown peeled back to display her inner organs. She strikes a desperate, sad stare towards the camera as her lifeless body lies on a table surrounded by scalpels and other medical instruments.
The caption on the ad reads, "I Am Not a Classroom Experiment. Neither Are Cats, Frogs, Rats, Pigs, or Other Animals Killed for Dissection. #DissectionKills."
Noah also said in a statement to PETA, "Because I love all animals so much, people should realize they don't have to cut into something to learn about it. You should ask your teacher for other humane alternatives...You'll learn so much more off of the computer. If you have the other option, why not take it?"
When she's not turning heads with her beliefs, the teen is making headlines with her fashion. She recently gained a lot of attention when she was spotted wearing an edgy and revealing outfit to Kylie Jenner's birthday party.
Cyrus arrived at Bootsy Bellows in an outfit that must have turned a few heads. While the black skinny jeans and thigh-high boots were a nice pairing, some couldn't ignore her revealing crop top that she wore while rocking blond extensions and blue lipstick.
"We literally dont care one bit (: isnt that right ken?@kennywinnaman," Noah wrote on Instagram while showing off her late-night look. "I'm blue baby."
