Can sex save Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and Hank Baskett's marriage?

In an exclusive preview clip from We TV's Kendra on Top (airing tomorrow at 9 p.m.), Kendra goes shopping with her BFF Jessica Hall and things get tense, to put it mildly. "So, um, how's therapy going?" Jessica asks. Kendra pauses for a moment before saying, "I think we're kind of, like...Things are kind of a standstill right now."

"With you and Hank?" Jessica asks.

"I don't know," Kendra responds.

"Is it your or him?" Jessica asks.

"Me," Kendra says. "Probably."

Kendra is much more forthcoming in a confessional, as she tells the camera, "I want intimacy. I want to show my affection to Hank. I honestly want to fall in love with love again. You know, it's just scary because when I share that side of me, it really means that I'm there and it really means that my heart is in your hands."

Back in the store, Kendra reveals that her therapist recommended she see a sex therapist. Though she's not entirely sure what that entails, the former Playboy model tells Jessica, "It's not like I have a problem in that department... She's going to come over and I guess, like, evaluate me and Hank and, like, talk to us about what we want and what our goals are together and stuff. I'm totally fine with that."

The problem, Kendra says, is dealing with "the intimacy stuff" that comes after sex.

Jessica asks her friend if she has been more intimate with Hank lately, and Kendra shakes her head no. "What is sex therapy going to do for you guys?" Jessica asks. Kendra is unsure, but hopeful. "I totally get it. I have severe issues when it comes to like love and stuff. It's so easy to give him sex but it's not easy to give the love. You know?" she says. "So, I think it's important for everybody to explore, too."

To see what happens next, tune in to Kendra on Top Friday at 9 p.m. on We TV.
