Watch: Scott Eastwood Reveals His Hot Body Workout

Scott Eastwood insists he's feeling no pressure from Hollywood to maintain his body.

You know, that smokin' hot physique he most recently showed off in his new sexy ad campaign for Cool Water cologne.

"If it's a part of your life then it's not a chore," the Longest Ride star told E! News yesterday at the Maui Film Festival, where he received the Rising Star Award. "It's something that makes me feel good. My dad [Clint Eastwood] used to always stress this: Healthy body, healthy mind. So I like it. No pressure."

So what's the secret to staying in such great shape?

"I get this question a lot," said Eastwood, 29. "[T]o me it's not one thing. To be really in shape, it's dynamic, it's got to be a lot of different everything, always switching it up. So a good day for me would be hit the gym, do some sort of cross training in the gym and then go surfing and then maybe take a jiu-jitsu class at night or go swimming at night or go stand up paddle boarding in the evening.

"So you're doing a lot of things with the body," he continued. "You're not just, ‘Oh I went to the gym' and sort of half assed it."

His guilty pleasure?

"Chips and salsa," Eastwood revealed. "Those are my vice. [I'm] a big Mexican fan."

In the first commercial released for Cool Water, Eastwood is shirtless and very wet throughout the 40-second clip.

One sequence shows the actor only wearing a pair of jeans while diving into the sea from the top of a rocky mountainside.

"Before I even hit the water I can feel it," he says in the ad. "This incredible rush of power running right through me. It makes the ocean. It makes the man."
