Jessica Alba, without a doubt, is one of the most beautiful actresses and businesswomen coming out of Hollywood, but she didn't always feel that way.

In fact, The Honest Company founder believes that she only recently got herself together and opens up to Hello! magazine about her former crazy lifestyle and how changing stylists and trainers helped her get to a healthier level of living.

"My idea of how I need to look has completely changed," she tells the magazine. "I used to listen to stylists and make-up artists and hairdressers that I didn't know that well, and they would just doll me up how they wanted to and I would look crazy."

The Honey star admits that before she made it to her mid-20s, she didn't look her best—even though she always looked amazing to us! "Basically anything before I was 24, I looked crazy, just wrong," she says. "There are lots of photos of me out there looking like a hot mess!"

Now 34 years old, Alba has figured out her personal style and has learned what works and what doesn't work for her and has even become the Braun beauty ambassador. She also explains that becoming a wife to Cash Warren and a mom to two daughters, Honor Marie, 6, and Haven Garner, 3, has completely changed her attitude on dieting.

"I don't care about [weight] as much after having kids. I'm bigger than I was before and I'm totally fine with it," she shared. "I embrace how I look in a different way."

Based on her flawless bikini body, we'd hardly consider her "bigger," but she explains that motherhood and a busy schedule has made her workout routine more relaxed than it used to be. "I don't feel any pressure to stay in shape for anyone else," she explained. "When I was younger, I used to do the 'body builder' diet, which is awful. Everything is steamed and it's just a handful of everything. I hated my life, it was so miserable! Having some sort of balance and moderation is key."

Her secret to success now is eating fresh foods, avoiding dairy and fried foods and staying away from anything that's processed. It looks like it's working because she always looks perfect in her itty-bitty bikinis.
