They say time heals all wounds, but since Zayn Malik announced his departure from One Direction only Wednesday, it's safe to say the hurt is still very fresh for Directioners everywhere.

But no one seemed more saddened by the sudden loss than Harry Styles, who was filmed crying onstage during the band's first scheduled concert without Zayn in Jakarta. Dressed in all black, Harry stepped away from his three other bandmates to wipe away some tears he started to shed. In addition to wearing his heart on his sleeve while performing, Harry also tweeted about Zayn's decision, writing, "All the love as always. H."

His tweet came after fellow member Liam Payne also posted about the shocking news. At first he cracked a joke on Twitter, posting a photo of the band in which he covers up Zayn's face and captioning it, "#makinglightofasituation sorry for the laughs guys."

But the joke might have been one that came a little too soon because it didn't sit well with Twitter fans, causing him to follow up with "Some people can't take a joke ... Bit of banter guys chill out."

The day must have taken a toll on all of the boys, which is probably why Liam ended his day by writing, "So glad to be in bed after a long and strange 24 hours." But if fans are worried that the band will fall apart without Zayn's presence, Simon Cowell, who created the group from The X Factor, reassured 1D fans that the boys will continue on without Zayn.

"Sometimes strength is not defined by numbers," he wrote, adding, "As always you the fans have shown your amazing support to all the boys. When you have great talent great things happen. Goodnight everyone."

Although Zayn announced last week that he would be taking time off from the tour, fans were shocked and saddened to find out his hiatus would become permanent. A source told E! News, however, that his choice was a long time coming after the pressure of fame had become too much for the 22-year-old.

Unfortunately, Zayn might not be the only one to be leaving 1D. A source revealed to E! News that Harry is considering leaving his boy band days behind, too...for Hollywood! Yep, that's right, an insider told us that "Harry has told his friends that the wants to get into acting. He loves Los Angeles."

The source also dished that Harry is also working on solo music with big name artists such as Meghan TrainorKodaline and Ariana Grande.
