The American Horror Story family is mourning a loss.

Freak Show star Ben Woolf has died following a head injury that occurred last week, E! News has confirmed.

"Ben was one-of-a-kind, and will never be forgotten," Woolf's rep tells E! News in a statement. "The time we all shared together will be remembered forever."

Additionally, Woolf's family said, "We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from all over the world for our beloved Ben. He touched so many hearts in his 34 years. His memory will live on within each of us and within his work."

AHS producers, FX and 20th Century Fox also released a joint statement on the tragedy: "We are saddened to learn the tragic news about Ben Woolf.  He was a tremendous professional and an incredibly kind person, beloved by the American Horror Story family. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and fans during this difficult time."

And now, show creator Ryan Murphy, along actor Evan Peters and other stars from the hit FX series have taken to Twitter to pay their respects for their fallen friend.
