There are a lot of faux pas one can commit on the dating app. You can message someone way too quickly after getting a match. You keep messaging them asking for a date even though they've clearly shown that they're not interested. There's also the ever-frustrating, non-responding syndrome. But the editors over at Cosmopolitan came across one of the most laughably insane Tinder blunders yet.
The man in question made a joke about the woman he was Tinder-courting being the Amal to his Clooney, so naturally she followed up by asking if he was an actor. A totally acceptable question, given the context and the fact that she's probably trying to weed out aspiring actors from her dating pool. Well, it seems that asking that simple query was the biggest mistake she could have made.
It unleashed a straight-up deluge of an answer, something can that only be described as rambling and maniacal. Seriously, if you don't have a good half hour to read through this, you're in trouble. There's no use in us paraphrasing because we'll never do the original author justice, so let's just say he gets real hypothetical real fast. One minute he's making a George Clooney joke, the next minute he and his prospective Tinder date are married, with two kids and relationship problems.
