Jeremy Renner's Ex Sonni Pacheco Details Money Demands, Asks Actor to Lock Up His Guns and Otherwise Childproof His House

Filing requests that the actor keep his gun collection locked up and otherwise childproof his house; lists expenses totaling almost $20,000 per month

It's come down to brass tacks between Jeremy Renner and soon-to-be ex-wife Sonni Pacheco.

Pacheco has detailed her custody, financial and other demands in wake of the split with regard to their 22-month-old daughter, Ava Berlin Renner, requesting that the Oscar-nominated actor to make his home more child-friendly for when it's his turn to be taking care of their little girl.

As previously noted in her divorce filing, Pacheco is asking for joint legal custody and primary physical custody, with visitation rights for Renner.

In a declaration filed yesterday, Pacheco demands that Renner fence a koi pond on his property that is now up to 12 feet deep in part, stating that she is "not aware of any security which would prevent Ava from falling into the pool" otherwise.

Pacheco also states that Renner had previously informed her that he kept one firearm in his bar area and another in his bedroom; she is now demanding that, whenever Ava is in his care, his guns and ammunition be secured in a locked gun safe and that the safe remain locked throughout Ava's visit.

Stating in the filing that Renner earned close to $3.5 million in 2014 and she earned zero dollars because she has been a full-time mom, Pacheco is requesting a reimbursement of $5021.18 in expenses she has incurred since their breakup; $75,000 to cover attorney's fees; and $25,000 to cover the cost of hiring a forensic accountant. Her itemized monthly expenses, including rent of $8,000, result in the proposed needed sum of $19,660, including the $3,000 in child care that Renner is currently paying for.

Per her declaration, Renner owns four properties, as well as a 2013 Tesla, a Porsche convertible and two motorcycles, and he leases a 2013 Range Rover; plus, the Hurt Locker star has a "closet full of designer clothes" with an estimated value (in Pacheco's estimate) of $500,000 and owns several designer watches, estimated value $100,000.

Pacheco states that when they were together and she asked Renner to increase her monthly allowance from $4,000 to $6,000, Renner "stated that to him it looked like I was using him for his money."

Ava's parents were married for 10 months. A hearing on the various issues at hand is scheduled for April 1, 2015.

Renner's rep has not yet responded to a request for comment.
