So many boobs!

That's what some Instagram users may be thinking when they find themselves scrolling through Chelsea Handler's profile page.

And while the comedian has no regrets about her decision to show off her assets on horses, camels and even a mountain, Handler can't help but ask: What's the big freakin' deal?

"I just try to not overthink anything. Now I'm just in a war with Instagram trying to keep my topless photos on it," she shared with Elle magazine this week. "I don't understand why nipples are nudity. Who cares? Men can show their nipples, but if we have breasts we can't show them?"

She continued, "And so if you're flat-chested are you allowed to show your nipples? Is that better? And can I show one nipple, but not two? I don't even understand. Once somebody tells me I can't do something I have to figure out how to do it." Take that, Instagram!

But to the surprise of some followers, Handler's most recent topless photo wasn't just a joke. There really was a special meaning behind it.

"I just thought it was important to speak up for Israel and Palestine, and show that I think they can find peace. On top of a camel," she told the publication after appearing in a 2015 Super Bowl ad for T-Mobile. And no, she didn't appear in the same commercial featuring Kim Kardashian. "You can talk about more important stuff without it being too serious."

Although Instagram has been far from easygoing when it comes to the NSFW images (many of Handler's topless pics have been deleted), Handler assures fans that she will continue to post away in her own unique way.

"I've had a bunch already. I've done a series of them and I'll continue to do them. And just find a creative way to cover up my private parts," the future Netflix host explained. "It's not a vagina. Yes, no one should show their vagina. But nipples? It's ridiculous."

She continued, "You obviously can't publish underage girls' photo, but I'm in charge of what I want to do with my own body. People are following me because they want to see pictures of me. So why is Instagram editing them?"
