Melissa McCarthy is a master of disguise!

The first trailer for Spy debuted on Yahoo! U.K. Tuesday. McCarthy plays a CIA analyst named Susan Cooper who volunteers for duty when a field agent (Jude Law) goes missing and another agent (Jason Statham) is compromised. "We need someone invisible," Allison Janney's character explains. "I'll do it," Susan says. Armed with a variety of wigs, she assumes a new identity: a divorced housewife from Iowa.

Susan isn't as adept as her colleagues, meaning there's plenty of physical comedy from McCarthy.

This is the third time McCarthy has teamed up with director Paul Feig, after Bridesmaids and The Heat.

Spy opens May 22. It also stars 50 Cent, Morena Baccarin, Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale.

The movie is just one of many spy comedies scheduled for release in 2015: Mortdecai, starring Johnny Depp and Gwyneth Paltrow, is in theaters Jan. 23; The Man From U.N.C.L.E., starring Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer, is in theaters Aug. 14; and Spectre, starring Daniel Craig and Christoph Waltz, is in theaters Nov. 6. Kingsman: The Secret Service, starring Colin Firth and Samuel L. Jackson, also debuts this year.
