If Reese Witherspoon is nervous about tonight's Golden Globes, she certainly wasn't showing it last night.

The Wild star is vying for the best actress in a drama statuette against Jennifer Aniston (Cake), Julianne Moore (Still Alice), Felicity Jones (The Theory of Everything) and Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl).

"No, no, no, no, no," Witherspoon insisted when I asked if she's prepared an acceptance speech. "You know, all those things, I don't even worry about those things. I'm determined to have a good time. It's important to have fun and enjoy yourself."

She certainly did last night at Sean Penn's gala benefit for Haiti relief organization J/P HRO. During the night's closing surprise performance by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, she was one of the first out of her seats to dance, jump up and down and sing along with the rockers.

Witherspoon's pre-Globes prep will hopefully be stress-free, too.

"I'll just wake up, hang out with the kids and go to the Golden Globes," she said with a laugh. "You know just like every other day."

In Wild, the Oscar winner stars as best-selling author Cheryl Strayed, a real-life heroin addict who hiked the 1,100-mile Pacific Trail after her life spun out of control with drug use and promiscuity.

Will Witherspoon ever try to make the trek herself? "I don't know," she said. "You'll have to ask Cheryl Strayed. She'll be with me tomorrow. She's planning it all."

So does that mean it's really happening?

Witherspoon said, "I'm gonna try."
