It is the holiday season, so Teresa Giudice has been spending quality time at home with her family. She spent Thanksgiving "doing a lot of reflecting," a source told E! News, and she plans on spending Christmas focusing on matters close to the heart.

"This Christmas, the focus isn't going to be on presents," a source shared with E! News. "It will be on family and togetherness. Teresa is savoring every moment she has with her girls right now."

But all of that time at home has given her an opportunity to work before heading to prison in January—and it's not for Real Housewives of New Jersey! The reality star has teamed up with Glam to create an online video cooking series titled Haute Hostess. Filmed in December, the series shows the Italian-American cook whipping up some of her "quick, easy and delicious" recipes.

The first episode shows Teresa cooking one of her daughter's favorites, angel hair pasta with spicy shrimp. She takes viewers through the recipe from her cookbook Fabulicious, but doesn't show the fans how to make her marinara.

"I made [the sauce] ahead of time, and as you can see I jar my own red sauce," she says to the camera, before recommending a jarred version to the viewer "if you don't have homemade sauce."

She does, however, tell the viewer the ingredients in her sauce, which include hot red pepper flakes, garlic and "of course" parsley.

Sentenced to 15 months in Danbury prison, Teresa is thinking about her life and helping husband Joe Giudice take over while she's gone.

"She doesn't feel sorry for herself and doesn't want anyone feeling sorry for her, but she has a lot of sadness," a source recently shared with E! News. "She's sad over her family who she has let down, the friends she has let down and the fans she has let down."
