Worried Judge Judy Sheindlin's nude pics may surface on the web as the celebrity hacking scandal rages on? Well, you can now breathe a sign of relief.

The 71-year-old Emmy-award winning star appeared on The Talk Tuesday, where she was asked about the nude photo leak that has ensnared a number of celebrities, including Kate Upton and Jennifer Lawrence

"I'm going to tell the truth," the reality court show judge told host Sharon Osbourne when asked to share her thoughts on the headline-making breach of privacy before adding, "And I know I'm going to get in trouble, so all those feminine gals out there who are gonna write me, forget it." (Look away, Lena Dunham!)

The famous judge then proceeded to give a lengthy explanation as to why it would be best to never take nude pics.

"Because of the world we live in, we lock the doors in our house when we go to sleep," she said. "If you live in an apartment, if you can, you get a building that has a doorman or security. You lock your windows before you leave. You put on an alarm if you live in the country because you know that there are bad people out there. Well, in this Internet age, you know that there are bad people out there. And no matter what you do, those bad people are going to get into your house.

"Now, if you want to put up a sign and say, 'Listen, my door is open, I don't believe in guards, I leave my windows open at night—do you want to come in? Come on in.' If you don't want to see a picture of yourself out there, your priest, your rabbi, your mother, your father, your second husband, whoever it is, then it would be my best advice not to take them," she explained.

Sheindlin continued, noting that she is "not a prude" and that her advice comes "from experience." Pointing to her her husband in the audience, Jerry Sheindlin, whom she married in 1978, divorced in 1990, only to remarry in 1991, TV's highest paid star recalled her nude pic past (presumably before the days of selfies or iCloud).

"When he was Husband No. 2, before he became Husband No. 3, I cut up all those pictures that I didn't want to see floating around," she confessed. "Because you have to be smart enough to say, 'If you don't want to revisit something and because of the world that we live in, your boyfriend today isn't going to be your boyfriend 30 years from now, your husband...don't take the pictures.'"

Meanwhile, the FBI has said they are "addressing" the allegations while Apple, which operates the online file storage service iCloud, launched an investigation following the violation of several celebrity accounts.

"We wanted to provide an update to our investigation into the theft of photos of certain celebrities. When we learned of the theft, we were outraged and immediately mobilized Apple's engineers to discover the source," Apple said in a statement last week. "Our customers' privacy and security are of utmost importance to us.

"After more than 40 hours of investigation, we have discovered that certain celebrity accounts were compromised by a very targeted attack on user names, passwords and security questions, a practice that has become all too common on the Internet.

"None of the cases we have investigated has resulted from any breach in any of Apple's systems including iCloud® or Find my iPhone. We are continuing to work with law enforcement to help identify the criminals involved."

Oh, and in case you haven't heard, the iPhone 6 comes out today, so be sure to take Judge Judy's sage advice and delete cut up all your nude pics before you purchase your new cell. Happy snapping!
