Well, at least his abs are still lookin' fab (or so we hope).

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino was arrested on Tuesday in his new tanning salon, Boca Club Tanning, in New Jersey following a fight with his brother Frank Sorrentino, E! News confirmed, and now we have obtained photos of the former Jersey Shore star after the bloody brawl.

In the pic, the reality star was seen leaving the Middletown Township Police Department with a cut on his face under his eye and a bandage on his right hand. He wore a simple gray wife beater that showed off his bulging biceps and even managed to force a small smile as paps snapped pics of the 31-year-old celeb.

According to the Middletown Police public information officer, authorities responded to a 911 call claiming that a fight had broke out in the salon around 2 p.m. local time.

The former MTV star, who suffered minor injuries, was arrested for simple assault and posted $500 bail. A court date has not yet been set for The Situation.

Prior to the scuffle, the two siblings feuded on Twitter and things later escalated when Sitch went to the salon to tell his brother that he was fired. In a video obtained by TMZ, in which Mike is leaving the police station, he tells reporters that "My brother Frank was not running the store correctly...so I had to go in there and clean house."

An eyewitness tells E! News that Mike stated the fight was over "HR problems" and he did not seem to be bothered by the actual arrest. "He seemed happy and didn't care much," the source says, adding that The Situation was picked up by his girlfriend from the station.

Family and friends are said to be surprised at how fast tension built between the two because "they were just together a few days ago and getting along like best friends."

Here's hoping they can smooth things over soon considering they are set to star alongside their family in a new reality show for the TV Guide network dubbed The Sorrentinos.

Ironically, the new series, which premieres July 15, follows the Sorrentino family as they open their very first tanning salon.

Talk about Jersey Shore 2.0.
