TwitterIt won't be too long before Hilary Duff's son Luca melts some hearts. But if you ask his proud mama, her heart is already melting.
The 26-year-old added an adorable snapshot of her precious boy on Twitter earlier this week.
Luca, who will turn 2 on March 23, gazes away from the camera as he rests on a couch. The blue-eyed boy looks especially cute in his navy blue tank top with a dinosaur design.
"Heart melts," Duff wrote. "Mikey gets photo cred for this one ;)," she added, referring to her ex Mike Comrie.
The trio recently enjoyed a "modern family" vacation and the blond beauty added a snapshot from the getaway.
"#modernfamily #vacation #juicypear," the Lizzie McGuire alum captioned the family pic, proving there's no animosity between the former couple.
While it's unclear where the group traveled on their trip, it appears to be somewhat of a tropical destination based on Duff's summery outfit. Comrie cradled his boy in his left hand, while draping his right arm over Duff.
Both parents look adoringly at Luca, who is busy noshing on a juicy pear.
The singer-actress and former NHL hockey player announced in January that they were splitting after three years of marriage.
