The Bachelor Recap: Find Out Whose Father Refused to Give Juan Pablo His Blessing and Who Went Home!

Welcome to night one of The Bachelor's two-night extravaganza! On the menu for tonight? Hometown visits, tears and disapproving daddys!

Juan Pablo Galavis met the family of the final four contestants on Monday's episode of the ABC reality hit and it's safe to say some visits went a little smoother than others . 

And by episode's end, one of the ladies was sent home, with the top three ladies getting their chance to visit the fantasy suite in tomorrow night's outing. 

So who was sent home without love, an engagement ring or a rose? 

Eliminated Lady: Goodbye, sweet Renee! You were too calm, mild-mannered and normal for the reality TV world The single mother, who introduced Juan Pabs to her son Ben during their trip to Sarasota, Fla., was understandly upset  being ousted after confessing she was "madly in love" with him to her mother, with JP lazily telling her, "I think you're great." High praise, Juan Pabs. High praise.

Worst Hometown Date: And by worst we mean the best as Hy, Andi's father, was not feeling the Bachelor and made no effort to hide his disdain. He wouldn't give Juan Pablo his blessing as he was dating three other women and then said, "I don't know him well enough to wish him any ill will." Triple snap and a head roll!

Anyone else feel like makin' Team Hy shirts?!

Second to Worst Hometown Date: Ugh, sisters, are we right, Clare? Clare had to deal with the wrath of one of her six (!) sister, Laura, who felt that her reality star of a little sister was "disrespecting" and "manipulating" their poor, poor mother. Um, hello, she's on a reality show. (Just kidding, we actually like Clare a lot.) Fortunately, Laura came around and approved of Juan Pablo. 

Tearjerker Moment: OK, if you didn't cry when Clare told Juan Pablo that before her father died they shared their father-daughter dance then you are dead inside. There is no hope for you. Go see the Wizard and ask for a heart. 

Frontrunner: Still the only contestant to have been introduced to JP's daughter, Camila, and his family, we're pretty sure Nikki is still in the lead.
