The Backstreet Boys are grown men now, but they've sure kept in shape through the years!

In their "Show 'Em (What You're Made of)" music video posted to Facebook on Tuesday, Nov. 19, man-banders Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson and Howie Dorough flaunt their fit physiques in muscle tanks, while Brian Litrell and A.J. Mclean go completely shirtless!

In the '90s-feeling clip, Nick, Brian, Kevin, A.J. and Howie D make a lot of eye contact with the camera. They also contemplatively point to things in the distance and motion through a variety of hand signals, many of which are pointing at you. At one point, A.J. pounds his chest twice (in slow motion) with a closed fist.

The song, the guys wrote on Facebook, "is very personal and special to us…We hope you love it as much as we do :)."

Oh goodness, yes we do. But, if "Show 'Em (What You're Made of)" doesn't bring enough Backstreet back in your life, you are in luck. They're touring—in the States and across Europe—this December through April.

"I feel as if it's a brand-new beginning, that we're a brand-new group," Brian told Rolling Stone in July. "This album [In a World Like This] just feels that way to me."

"We've grown up in the industry and we're now ready for the next 20 years," Nick added. "We have to keep things different. We have to keep challenging ourselves."

That makes them larger than life.
