Watch: Backstreet Boys Are Back on Tour

Backstreet's back, all right!

Original members Nick Carter, A.J. McLean, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell and Kevin Richardson are performing together again for their In a World Like This tour.

As the group celebrates their 20th anniversary by hitting the road with Jesse McCartney and DJ Pauly D, members of the band admit to still getting nervous before showtime.

"There's always a bit of nerves. If there wasn't nerves, I'd be worried," McLean told E! News on opening night in Chicago.

Richardson took the anxious feelings to a whole new level. "We're going to throw up," he joked. Now, now, let's not pull a Justin Bieber onstage.

Once the group starts playing their hits including "I Want It That Way," "The One" and "Larger Than Life," any fears quickly disappear.

"After we get through the first three songs, we're good," Dorough said. "We thrive off of the energy that the crowd gives us every night," McLean added.

So what can fans expect during this tour? BSB promises a special acoustic performance, more instruments and of course, all the hits.

"I'm feeling great. Honestly, I'm really, really excited about this tour," Carter revealed backstage. "We worked really hard to put together something that I think people would appreciate."
