Forget about that royal baby…this is the news we've all been waiting for!

A&E has announced a premiere date for Duck Dynasty's fourth season: Wed. Aug. 14 at 10 p.m. The hit reality series will kick off the new season with an hour-long premiere featuring the Robertson ladies enlisting Uncle Si's services to help distract Phil and Kay, while Willie, Jase and Jep work on a surprise vow renewal for their anniversary.

Season four will also welcome a new addition to the cast: Alan Robertson, Phil Robertson's eldest son. And spoiler alert: he doesn't have a beard! The 47-year-old pastor quit his day job to join the family business as the public relations manager.

Duck Dynasty's fourth season was almost in danger of being delayed over salary disputes in March when the cast reportedly demanded $200,000 an episode. But everything was settled a couple of months later, with Willie tweeting on May 7: "In NY city with A & E, so yes, we're baaack! Season 4 is coming, Jack!"

The reality series, which follows the Robertson family and their duck call business, has been a smash hit for A&E. The season-three finale brought in 9.6 million viewers, setting a network record. The finale even managed to top American Idol in the adults 18-49 rating.
