Arrow's Stephen Amell and Wife Cassandra Jean Are Expecting a Baby

Dad-to-be recently revealed he was not interested in Fifty Shades of Grey film

Stephen Amell's wife Cassandra Jean is pregnant, a source confirms to E! News.

This will be the first child for the Arrow star, 32, and his actress love, 27. Just Jared was first to report the couple's baby news.

"[I] haven't had any cravings, but [Stephen's] been great," the mom-to-be told ET Canada. As for Ammel? "I'm excited—no I'm not excited, I'm very excited!" he gushed, adding, "I'm sure that nervous energy will accompany that eventually, but only in a positive way."

The future parents married while vacationing in the Caribbean in December 2012. Then, just last month, the twosome celebrated with a second wedding in New Orleans.

The dad-to-be did consider a role in a very not-kid-friendly project, but ultimately it wasn't the right match. In March, Amell confirmed he had a casting meeting with the Fifty Shades of Grey team about playing Christian Grey. By May, however, the Canadian hunk made it clear the Red Room of Pain was not for him.

"Was on a flight yesterday evening back to LA with no movie, so I grabbed 50 Shades of Grey and burned through it," the Canadian actor wrote on his Facebook page. "Ummm... I hope they get the movie made, and I'm sure someone will be excellent in it. That person will not be me."

We all have our hard limits! Plus, Amell's going to be superbusy with his new and biggest role to date: daddy!
