Wiz Khalifa's $1 Million Lawsuit Against Promotion Company Gets Dismissed

Virginia judge grants It's My Party's motion to dismiss, stating the rapper never signed the contract

Wiz Khalifa struck out on this one. 

E! News confirms that a Virginia judge has dismissed the rapper's (real name Cameron Jibril Thomaz) million-dollar lawsuit against promoters It's My Party, who had contended that the contract was never valid because Wiz never signed it.

The new dad sued the company earlier this month claiming they allegedly damaged his reputation after pulling the plug on a concert at George Mason University less than 24 hours before he was scheduled to perform, and asked for $1 million in damages.

Despite being unlucky in court, Khalifa can still look forward to his upcoming Under the Influence of Music tour alongside A$AP Rocky. The duo have released the dates for their tour, which kicks off July 7 in San Francisco and comes to a close on August 11 in Cincinnati.

"Our fan base is so strong and so similar," Wiz told Spin.com. "They're really supportive, really on the tip where they want to have fun, enjoy life, be together. And we're fans of each other, so our fans are fans of the same music. We do the same s---, but we speak a different language."

B.O.B, Joey Bada$$, Pro Era  and Trinidad James are also slated to appear, with Berner, Chevy Woods and Smoke DZA coming on as special guests.
