Music royalty will soon be rockin' and rappin' on behalf of victims of Hurricane Sandy.

Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen and Kanye West are just some of the artists who are teaming up on Dec. 12 for the aptly titled "12.12.12: The Concert for Sandy Relief" at New York City's Madison Square Garden to raise money for people affected by the superstorm, it was announced on Thursday.

Other artists who have signed on to perform include Jon Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Alicia Keys, The Who and Roger Waters.

"The response from the entertainment community to help those most affected by Hurricane Sandy has been nothing short of astounding," the producers of the concert said in a statement. "We expect to announce additional performers in the near future."
