Mother-daughter relationships can be tricky—but the one between Demi Moore and her girls isn't that tricky!

A source assures E! News that Rumer, Scout and Tallulah Willis have no intention of trying to secure a restraining order against their mom, contrary to a report that they were considering taking legal action to prevent Moore from contacting them.

The four of them have not been photographed all together in some time, not since before Moore and Ashton Kutcher separated back in November.

Rumer, 23, was at her mom's house the night of Jan. 23, when Moore needed an emergency trip to the hospital for seizure-like symptoms. Afterward, she was spotted visiting Moore in the hospital at least twice.

Following the health scare, Moore ditched California for treatment at Cirque Lodge in Utah and then R&R in the Caribbean.

During that time, Tallulah spent her 18th birthday with dad Bruce Willis while now-21-year-old Scout, a student at Brown University, remained back East.

Us Weekly quotes a source who said that the sisters just need their space right now (as tends to be the case with teens and twentysomethings, even in the best of times)—but no one is seeking a judge's assistance in maintaining that space.

A rep for Moore could not be reached for comment.
