While it appeared the 33-year-old American Reunion star's split with ex-hubby Simone Sestito was headed in a drama-filled direction, the former couple has settled up following Sestito's demands for spousal support, E! News has confirmed.
While the specific terms of the agreement are under wraps, the former couple have now resolved their financial differences with neither party paying support.
Sestito originally asked for $17,000 a month in spousal support in a claim filed May 1, stating Suvari makes $750,000 a year and he has a negative balance in his accounts.
The ex-couple, who began dating in 2007, tied the knot in June 2010 in Italy and didn't have a prenup.
Suvari went on to file for divorce Jan. 13, 2012.
