Paris Hilton is clearly sliving her best mom life.
"I've given my whole life to everyone for so long," The Simple Life alum, who quietly welcomed son Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum with husband Carter Reum in January, notes in the first look. "It's just been really important to me to keep this a secret. This is the first time that something was just mine."
And the 42-year-old isn't kidding when she says "secret"—not even her family knew she was expecting her first child via surrogate until after he arrived!
"If people found out," Paris explains, "there would be paparazzi all over Cedars."
Cut to the exact moment the "Stars Are Blind" singer tells mom Kathy Hilton she privately welcomed her first child. "I got you a surprise," Paris says before revealing, "This is your grandson Phoenix."
Kathy's reaction? Understandably shocked, she replies through tears, "Are you serious?!"
Meanwhile, Paris' sister Nicky Hilton doesn't believe the baby news while meeting Phoenix for the first time over FaceTime. "What is that?!" she asks. "Is that real?!"
As for how Paris and Carter adjusted to parenthood, the heiress couldn't be more in love. "He is so beautiful, so perfect," she gushes. "My life is finally complete. I'm so obsessed."
But despite the newborn bliss, Paris' family must also come to terms with her bombshell 2023 memoir in which she reveals she was sexually abused as a teen while at a school Utah for the first time.
The news was particularly hard to learn for Nicky. "The fact that you couldn't come to us and we had to read about it online, in a book," she tearfully says to her older sister, "it's not right for us to just read about it in the media."
And as Paris continues to heal from the trauma, she seeks help from a therapist who warns, "People who are trauma victims have a very hard time happily bonding with their children."
See everything to come—including the hilarious moment Phoenix peed all over his mom during a glam photoshoot—in the preview above. Season two of Paris in Love premieres Nov. 30 on Peacock.
