Well, this is certainly one way to draw attention to yourself.

While Justin Bieber is no stranger to being seen without a shirt, the 19-year-old seemed to take it to a different level on Monday when he decided to casually stroll the streets of New York City with his entourage sans top.

You know, as if being naked from the waist up is simply the norm as one makes his way around the Big Apple.

Although, in Bieber's defense, this may have been the pop star's only option since he supposedly gave his shirt away to a passing fan.

Speaking of fans, none were apparently given the gift of saliva in Toronto last week.

TMZ recently posted pictures of the singer spitting over a balcony, along with a shot of several Beliebers suppposedly looking up at him, thereby giving the impression the crowd was his intended target.

However, a rep for Bieber tells E! News, "He wasn't spitting on fans. No fans were spit on."

And last but not least, Bieber apparently still owes a bit of monkey-related money.

If you recall, the singer's pet monkey Mally was seized by German customs officials earlier this year during a tour stop in Munich after the pop star failed to provide the requisite paperwork.

While the little fella eventually became "the property of Germany," Bieber still owes an estimated $6,500 to Munich customs to cover Mally's stay at a shelter.

What's more, Newsday reports that Bieber owes an additional $1,500 to the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation for the monkey's care and he has one week to pay it.
