Queen Elizabeth II is on the mend!
The 86-year-old British monarch was released from London's King Edward VII Hospital on Monday, just one day after being admitted for a possible stomach infection.
According to James Roscoe, a press officer for Buckingham Palace, the queen was experiencing symptoms of gastroenteritis. As a result, she has canceled her activities for the rest of the week.
The queen stayed at the same hospital where Kate Middleton sought treatment for her acute morning sickness in December.
The royals certainly seem to like this King Edward VII hospital. Wonder if that's where Kate and Wills will welcome the royal baby this summer!
