It's October and our very own Giuliana Rancic is thinking pink!

It has been one year since the E! News host was diagnosed with breast cancer, and in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness month, the cancer survivor and new mommy is bringing light to the cause by talking to celebrity survivors and those affected by the disease.
