No need to feel in the dark. We know we haven't given you a Jon and Kate Gosselin update since Tuesday, but we won't let you go into the weekend without your fix.

E! News has confirmed that the dynamic duo is due in court bright and early Monday morning for another arbitrator's conference in relation to their divorce proceedings.

Despites reports to the contrary, Jon's attorney, Mark Heller, tells E! News that the octodad is in "total compliance with the court's orders" demanding he pay back the $180,000 of the $235,000 he supposedly took from the couple's joint bank account.

Kate, on the other hand, has yet to fork over her funds, as far as he knows. He tells E! News he can't speak for her but has no evidence she's complied yet.

Kate—who is also expected appear at a women's conference and on an hourlong question-and-answer special on TLC on Monday—is expected to return $55,000 to the aforementioned bank account. Of course, the mom of eight claims that money was spent on household bills, which is the main function of the account.

Kate's attorney, Mark Momijan, declined to comment, but has previously said he'd cancel Monday's hearing if Jon repaid the full amount.

In the meantime, rumors that Papa G may be hoping to recoup some of that money by appearing on either Survivor or The Amazing Race are false, E! News has learned exclusively.

"Jon is not doing Amazing Race or any other reality show," Heller says. "No Divorced Dads Club, nothing. He is focused on his personal life and the matters at hand."
