Nannygate is half-closed.

Attorneys for Rob Lowe and one of the former nannies he's been battling have filed court papers requesting that their respective lawsuits be dismissed.

Ex-employee Jessica Gibson sued Lowe and his wife, claiming sexual harassment and other offenses, in April 2008—one week after the Lowes sued her for allegedly breaching the confidentiality clause she signed when she went to work for them and conspiring to demand $1.5 million in exchange for keeping quiet about some supposed familial dirty laundry.

Neither party's attorney would say whether a financial agreement had been reach, according to People, which first reported the legal turn of events.

A judge dismissed multiple claims from both suits last August, ruling that Lowe couldn't go after Gibson for defamation (because she's allowed, under state law, to complain about her working conditions) and that Gibson couldn't accuse Lowe of retaliation and a couple of labor violations.

But while a cease fire has been reached in that battle, Lowe is still planning to take on litigious nanny No. 2, Laura Boyce, in court.

Similar to what he's been going through with Gibson, Boyce and Lowe are suing each other for sexual harassment and breach of contract, respectively. A trial date has been set for Nov. 16.
