The star, who jetted across the pond on Friday night, was spotted heading back to the Dorchester hotel Monday after, per various media reports, doing some shopping at famed department store Harrods.
Maybe she was on her way back to change into something a little more glamorous before the clock struck midnight...
But however Lohan plans to ring in the New Year—and whatever she plans to wear while doing so—it sounds as if she's approaching 2013 with positive energy.
"i feel very blessed to be able to spend time w/ my mom, family&very wonderful friends," she tweeted earlier today. "Very grateful.. May only good things come this year."

In the meantime, no word yet on whether Lohan has touched base with The Wanted's Max George, whom we were told she planned on getting ahold of once she got into town. Lohan's rep hasn't returned requests for comment since the Liz & Dick star took off for London.
