TwitterOne of Donald Trump's latest tweets is causing celebrities to turn to their own social media profiles to react to his comment.
The presumptive GOP nominee shared a picture of himself eating a taco bowl Thursday, which was Cinco de Mayo. "Happy Cinco de Mayo! The best taco bowls are made in Trump Tower Grill," he wrote alongside the photo before adding, "I love Hispanics!"
The post caused stars to react instantaneously. Samantha Bee, George Lopez, Ronan Farrow and more called out the real estate magnate for his comments about loving Hispanics while previous comments seemed to say otherwise. "The best taco bowls are made by immigrants who resent a rich prick calling them rapists," Bee posted on Facebook, making sure to include a picture of herself eating a taco bowl. "Love inauthentic Mexican!"
Lopez turned to Instagram to re-share Trump's photo but gave it a very different caption. "After lunch you can take that thumb and shove it deep in your ass @realdonaldtrump #pelosforpresident I pray for IBS-D #ftp #mmlv #NoChillOnEarth," he wrote.
Trump's political opponent, Hillary Clinton, capitalized on the opportunity to give her competitor a dig. "'I love Hispanics!' —Trump, 52 minutes ago," she wrote.
"'They're gonna be deported.'—Trump, yesterday."
Orange Is the New Black's Matt McGorry also called out the politician. "Happy Cinco De Mayo from Donald 'I can't be racist bc I love taco bowls' Trump!!!," he shared on Twitter, adding taco emojis. "SMDH"
