Heather Locklear has got herself a young, and sexy, boyfriend!

The former Melrose Place actress was glowing during a date night out with Dr. Marc Mani in Los Angeles Thursday evening. The two attended the opening night of Evita at the Pantages Theater and were spotted exiting the venue holding hands. Cute!

Locklear was seen dressed in an elegant all-black ensemble, while her boyfriend went for a classic blazer and pair of khakis for the night on the town.

And it seems like things between the 52-year-old beauty and the 44-year-old plastic surgeon are going well.

The good-looking couple couldn't help but flash their bright white (and perfect!) smiles for the cameras.

Locklear and Mani first went public with their relationship back in May, and they were also spotted together in in June after dining at the West Hollywood eatery Red O.

But since then the two have kept a low profile and remained largely out of the public eye.

Before Mani, Locker was most recently linked to her former costar Jack Wagner.

The two actors called off their engagement in November 2011 after dating for nearly four years.
