How is it that Sandra Bullock is 49-years-old? We'll have whatever she's having. Come on… look at that skin! This does not look like a woman who has been overly injected (yes, Madonna and Nicole Kidman we're pointing fingers at you…) yet she hardly has a line on her face.  She looks pretty much the same as she did 10 years ago.

She's totally rejecting the whole "I'm about to be 50" notion with her va-va-voom makeup—sexy, yet sophisticated enough for a woman in her 40s.  We probably would have gone a shade lighter on the blush (it stood out a bit too much in certain pictures), but besides that, we wouldn't touch a thing.

Get the Look: We wish we could offer a product that would produce Sandy's flawless skin but let's face it, most of that is just good genes.  What you can do is strive for flawless by starting with a good exfoliator. Just to be safe, skip the aggressive exfoliators that can make you look like you got caught in a chemical fire and go for a gentle yet effective fruit enzyme like Jurlique Fruit Enzyme Exfoliator.

Next, your skin will need a potent shot of plumping serum. Our favorite is Kate Somerville ‘Dermal Quench Liquid Lift' Advanced Wrinkle Treatment, which mimics the effects of an oxygen facial with "temporary wrinkle-relaxing PFC-carriers to relax facial muscles." Translation: perfect product for pre-event skin regimen. Follow with your usual hydrating moisturizer.

Next, prep skin with an anti-aging brightening primer like Jane Iredale Smooth Affair Facial Primer & Brightener, which will help fill in fine lines and minimize the appearance of large pores. Apply a medium coverage BB or CC cream that will provide an extra dose of moisture and anti-agers like Peter Thomas Roth CC Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Complexion Corrector.

Okay, now that your skin obviously looks perfect let's move on to the eyes… After priming with eye primer or concealer, apply a cream or flesh colored matte eye shadow to entire upper eye area.  Then, you'll want to use an eye shadow palette that has anti-aging benefits like It Cosmetics Eye Shadow Trio in Luxe Pearl, which has hydrolyzed collagen, green tea, acai and Vitamins A, C & E.

Start by applying the light copper from the Luxe Pearl palette on your lids with a flat eye brush.  Next, dip a small tapered eye brush in the brown eye shadow (from the same palette) and apply in your creases in a back and forth motion like windshield wipers. Then, apply the shimmering cream eye shadow from the palette to your brow bone (right below your eyebrows) and in the inner corners of your eyes. Blend like crazy!

To define your eyes, use a waterproof matte black eyeliner like MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Eyes in Matte Black to line your upper lash line (notice Sandra only lined the outer three-fourths of her lash line; this makes her eyes look larger and more open).

Then, use the eyeliner to line your lower lash line and water line. Complete your eye makeup with 2-3 coats of volume-building mascara.

To get Sandra's fire engine red lips, after exfoliating lips and outlining lips with a neutral lip liner, apply a highly pigmented long-lasting lip cream like Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquer in Big Bang.

We hope this look inspires the ladies who are closing in on the big 5-0 and have either given up on makeup (that dreaded "why bother?" mentality) or are obviously shopping in the tween makeup aisle. You know who we're talking about – ladies, you have to stop with the sparkles at a certain point.  We beg of you. Just look at Sandy… the only sparkle she's showing is in her eyes, and that's because George Clooney keeps flirting with her on the red carpet.
