Kim Kardashian's Divorce Trial Witness List Released: Mom Kris Jenner Among Those Expected to Take the Stand

Estranged husband Kris Humphries also made the cut as well as Kardashian herself

Kim Kardashian is one of several people her legal team plans to call to the stand in her upcoming divorce case against Kris Humphries.

In addition to the mom-to-be, court records obtained by E! News list the six individuals on Kardashian's witness list, which includes her estranged ex as well as mom Kris Jenner.

Kardashian is expected to testify that the marriage should not be annulled and that she did not defraud Humphries into marrying her.

Jenner's expected testimony will also revolve around her daughter's insistence that she did not defraud Humphries.

While Humphries is expected to have up to five witnesses battling on his behalf, a list from his legal team has yet to be filed.

The trial is still set to begin in a Los Angeles courtroom on May 6.
